David Brannan
With more than 30 years in the construction and flooring industry and an astonishing 200,000+ completed projects nationwide, David Brannan is the driving force and mastermind of everything under The Hardwood Guys umbrella.
Originally from South Carolina and raised just outside Hilton Head, David brought his Lowcountry work ethic to Georgia over three decades ago. Since then, his work — from luxury coastal homes to high-volume commercial builds — can be found in cities across the United States.
David’s deep expertise spans every facet of construction, but his true passion lies in creating flawless hardwood and specialty flooring installations that stand the test of time. As the key leader guiding The Hardwood Guys family of companies, he still personally oversees standards, trains crews, and ensures every client gets the white-glove experience he’s delivered for 30+ years.
When he’s not on a job site or mentoring the next generation of craftsmen, David enjoys life in the Atlanta area with his wife and their three children. Family-first values, unmatched experience, and relentless attention to detail — that’s David Brannan.

Mason Hanners
Lead Cabinet Specialist
A Kennesaw native and Cherokee Christian Schools alumnus, Mason Hanners has literally grown up swinging a hammer. From job sites with his dad as a kid to running his own crews as a young adult, construction and craftsmanship are in his blood.
Mason brings deep, hands-on cabinet expertise to The Cabinet Guys. He’s the guy who knows exactly how to prep 90s oak for a glass-smooth factory finish, can match any Sherwin-Williams or Benjamin Moore color perfectly, and still out-works everyone on the team (usually with a smile and a story from growing up in Cobb County).
When he’s not turning outdated kitchens into magazine-worthy spaces across Cherokee, Cobb, and North Fulton, you’ll find Mason coaching youth sports, spending time with his family, or planning the next big upgrade for the company he’s proud to help lead. Hard work, attention to detail, and true North Georgia roots; that’s Mason.
